Doula Job Requirements
Birth Doulas: Must be THW certified through Oregon’s Medicaid program. Preference given to doulas living in the service area.
Postpartum Doulas: Complete an in-person or online postpartum training. Overnight support is currently the most needed, with some daytime shifts available.
