Birth Doula Services
During your pregnancy, your Birth Doula will be available to provide information about what’s normal, answer all the questions that come up, and help you figure out your birth preferences. As any anxiety creeps in, they’re also here to validate and reduce those feelings.

Our main focus is on creating a supportive and calming environment that focuses on your specific birth plan and preferences. You choose exactly how you’d like to have this baby - unmedicated or all the medications. We’re here to support whatever that looks like for you.
We aren’t medical professionals, but make every effort to work collaboratively with all healthcare providers on your team. We help make space for you to advocate for yourself within that space - always making your voice the loudest one in the room.
Adding a doula to your team can lead to a more positive birth and postpartum experience. We offer continuous care and attention, which can be extra helpful in personalizing your birth experience in a busy hospital setting.
Our skilled support doesn’t stop at birth. After your baby arrives, your doula continues providing immediate support as you recover.
Postpartum Doula Services
A postpartum doula supports you through the early weeks and months after your baby arrives in Salem. It’s a time of healing, new rhythms, and plenty of questions as you find your footing with a newborn, and you don’t have to figure it out on your own.
For those who desire assistance for the longer-term transition into parenting, our Salem Postpartum Doulas come into your home for as long as you need to help you feel successful as new parents.
