Our Childbirth Classes

There isn’t one way to have a baby.

Our 3-hour childbirth class, taught by Cre’shea, will give you the information you need to make the decisions that feel best to you for YOUR birth experience.

Because that’s really what this is about.

While other people in your life may have wonderful intentions when they share their opinions, you know yourself and your body best. Your thoughts and desires around your birth are the most important factors. Cre’shea will share the information on the how, when & why of birth so you can make decisions based solely on what feels very best to you.

You can expect a relaxed, safe and authentic environment for this class- with some laughter sprinkled in.

We encourage taking a class when you’re between 30-35 weeks gestation.

Currently offering PRIVATE CLASSES: Our 3 hour personalized class is held virtually. (It’s available in person for those in the SALEM/STAYTON area.) These classes are completely customizable to fit the information and experience you are most interested in. Please contact us by email for more info.
