Support Groups:

Sitting in a space with people who ‘get it’ is important.

Our Salem area support groups are a safe space to share as much or as little as you’d like. There’s no need to register in advance, but we welcome a conversation before you join us if that helps to calm the anxiety that can come with stepping into a new situation. Pregnancy and Infant Loss Group: Our loss group meets the 2nd Tuesday of each month from 6:30-8:00pm. This group is for anyone who has lost a baby at any gestation of pregnancy or in the first 3 months after birth.

Pregnancy after Loss Group: Our pregnancy after loss group meets the 1st Thursday of each month from 6:30-8:00pm. This group is for anyone who is currently pregnant following a loss during pregnancy or in the first 3 months after birth.

Our groups meet at our Salem office - 1435 Liberty Street, Suite A., Salem. There is parking on Liberty and behind the building via the alley. The building is a U shape. Please enter through the double glass doors in the center of the building. Our office is down a hallway off that breezeway.

Birth Support:

Whether it’s preparation for the birth, creating a birth plan, and/or support during your birth, our team is experienced in supporting births that don’t end with a baby coming home. To discuss what this might look like for you, please email Annie. We offer this support in all of our service areas- Salem, Eugene, Bend and all surrounding cities.
